I made this section to maybe announce thing, and talk about changes on the page

i made a new game named "The Grand Exchange" so i added it
i changed the page from spanish to english cuz i think more en-speakers will visit it and opened this section
i have a bad english so tell me if i miss something, but no punctuation, i only use comma
also didnt translate some section cuz they have a lot of text and its hard to copypaste to google translate beacause of their structure (lazzy)
